St. Aidan’s Christmas Food Campaign

It takes a lot of volunteers annually to support St. Aidan’s Outreach Programs for Christmas. We know you (…and maybe your family members, too) have volunteered in the past, and we again request your assistance for this year’s Christmas program.  Here’s where we could use your help:

December 21, 8-9 AM
Pick up perishable food from both Busch’s and Joe’s Produce.  Pick-up trucks and large utility vehicles are also required.

December 21, 9:30-11 AM
Initiation of “shopping” where you fulfill, per family, non-perishable food items from a list provided to you.

December 22, at 2 PM
Help move gifts from the Church to the Activity Center, sorting and packaging gifts by family.

December 23, at 6:30 AM
Pack perishable food for pick-up and delivery to local agencies and families we support.

December 23, at 8 AM
Delivery of food to local agencies and families with your vehicle.  As in the past, you will receive directions and a delivery map.
